When you request a review, we collect what you type into the form: your first name, business name, your role, years in business, industry, city, the search terms and service areas you give us, your website, your Google Business Profile link, your Instagram, Facebook and Yelp details, your answers about what you want and what you have tried, your phone number, your email address, and your consent choices. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags in it, we store those tags too.

We use that information to run your review, show you the results, email the results to you, and follow up about your review by email, and by phone or text if you agreed to that.

Your information is handled by the companies that host this site and its database, send our email, and run our customer records system. They work for us and only on our instructions. We never sell your information and never share it for anyone else's marketing.

To run the review we send your business name, city, website address, search terms and service areas to Google and to an AI search service so we can see what they return about your business. We do not send your email address, your phone number, or your form answers to those services.

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We keep a small amount of information in your browser so your results page can find your review after the scan finishes.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email jocelyn@sellmyocbusiness.com or call 626-523-9993 and we will take care of it.

If you live in California, you can ask what information we hold about you or ask us to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We do not sell personal information.
